5 Ingredients or Less Juices
March 8, 2012 in Juicing Recipes, Juicing Tips
I always struggle to figure out good fruit and vegetables mixes for my Power Juicer juices. And I hate recipes that have way too many ingredients. So I’ve put together a list of my favorite juicing recipes that contain only 5 ingredients or less. They’re so delicious and I make a different one every day to change it up. Here they are!
Sweet Juice Sensation
1 orange (peeled)
1 sweet apple
1 large carrot (top removed)
1 grapefruit (peeled)
1/2 cantaloupe (peeled & seeded) or 1 pear
Country Lemonade
3 large lemons
5 tbsp. honey
4 cup water
Pour over crushed ice.
Melon Combo
1/2 cantaloupe (peeled & seeded)
1/2 honeydew (rind removed & seeded)
1/2 seedless watermelon (rind removed)
1 bunch mint
Cut into manageable pieces that will fit into chute.
Cucumber, Pear, Pineapple
1 cucumber (peeled)
1 pineapple spear (rind removed)
1 Bartlett pear
2 kale leaves
Digestive Jump Start
1/2 papaya (peeled & seeded)
1 apple
1 guava (peeled & pitted)
This is wonderful! I have the same issue with these tasty drinks, but so many ingredients it makes your head spin! I love the simply drinks that taste great and are easy to shop for on a budget. Great post!
This is good stuff. I like to experiment with my juicer. Thanks for the info.
