Warm Muffins For Winter

Keep warm this winter with freshly baked muffins with fresh ingredients made with your Power Juicer. These muffins are sure to fill your house with warmth and delicious scents.
Apple Spice Muffins
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 1/2 cups apple pulp
1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
2/3 cup honey
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup skim milk
2 egg whites
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mixture 1: Combine 1/2 cup of unbleached flour, skim milk, apple pulp and apple juice.
Mixture 2: Combine 1 cup unbleached flour, whole-wheat flour, honey, baking powder, salt , cinnamon and egg whites.
Combine mixture 1 and 2 and mix until moistened. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
Harvest Blend Muffins
1 cups whole-wheat flour
1 1/4 cup honey
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups apple pulp
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
3/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine whole-wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Stir in apples, carrots, coconut, raisins, and walnuts. Add oil, milk, vanilla, eggs, and honey. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake approximately 20-25 minutes.
I made the Harvest Blend Muffins and they are wonderful. I would like to know what that nuturtional values are. Does anyone know where to find that information?
