1 red beet
5 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 cucumber
1 bosc pear
1 lemon

Enjoy this refreshing and vibrant cocktail!
The Refresher
Serves 2
1 orange (peeled)
½ grapefruit, pink (peeled)
1 cup spearmint
3 fl. oz. rum
Juice the fruit and mint. Combine with the rum. Pour over ice in two glasses and serve.
PS: Skip the rum and add 3 fl. oz. of club soda instead for a tasty non-alcoholic version

Try this delicious juice to accompany your next brunch!
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
1″ cube of ginger root
1″ cube of horseradish root
few sprigs of fresh cilantro
1 radish
1 clove of garlic (peeled)
Juice all ingredients in order, stir, season with salt and pepper to taste.
*Add vodka for a great Bloody Mary!

Oh no. You celebrated an event with one too many glasses of champagne?
It happens.
I found this recipe at Fitsugar to help ease some of those morning-after symptoms! The ginger helps with nausea, the tomato provides essential vitamins and the jalapeno gives you a little endorphin kick.
3 medium-size tomatoes
2 celery stalks
1 lemon
1 1/2-inch piece of ginger
1 jalapeño pepper (remove the seeds to make it less spicy)
1/4 of one large cucumber
Directions
Juice all ingredients. Pour juice into glass, and enjoy immediately.
