4th of July Frozen Treats

This 4th of July, indulge in frozen treats with the red, white & blue spirit. Read on to find out your July 4th weekend cool-down recipes.

THE RED – Cherry Sorbet
Ingredients:
2 cups cherry juice
½ cup agave
4 cups ice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in an ice cream maker to freeze.

 

 

THE WHITE – White Peach Sorbet
Ingredients:
3 cups peach juice
½ cup agave
Directions:
Place all ingredients into an ice cream maker to freeze.

 

 

THE BLUE – Blueberry Lavender Gelato
Ingredients:
2 cups half-and-half cream
½ cup agave
1 pnt. blueberries
¼ cup lavender
Directions:
Simmer the cream with the lavender on the stove for 5 minutes. Strain the lavender and set the cream aside to cool. Juice the blueberries. Place all ingredients in an ice cream maker to freeze.
