Vitamin A
It is essential for eyesight, color sight, night vision, and an immune system boost against infection.

B Vitamins
It makes and uses energy and helps create red blood cells to move oxygen throughout the body.
Try: whole grains, fish, chicken, meat, leafy greens, dairy

Vitamin C
It helps fight infections and heal scrapes and cuts.
