0610 : Step Into Summer With the Jack LaLanne's Power Juicer
           Express {Review & Giveaway}

There's nothing that says Summer is here like fresh fruit and veggies, right? Today, I want to talk about one of my new favorite products: the Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Express. Ladies, if you want your families to be healthier, if you are searching for creative ways to get your families to eat their fruits and veggies, or if you just love fruits and veggies and have always wanted to start juicing--you have to check out the Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Express. I'm sure most of you have heard of Jack LaLanne on TV and I know most of us {me included} can be skeptical about products sold on TV infomercials. Don't be scared to invest in this one though. The Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Express ROCKS!

I was sent the pretty Mulberry Red Power Juicer Express to review and it is simply stunning to look at, but more importantly it has given me a new and yummy way to get Mike and Lucas {and myself} to consume even more fruits and veggies than we already did.

There are many great things about the Power Juicer Express, but one of the best features is that it accommodates most fruits and veggies whole. You don't have to chop anything or peel anything. Just stick it into the juicer and the Power Juicer Express makes juice out of it. The Express model is also quieter than many other juicers and has a non-drip spout. I will say--even though it's quieter--it is still noisy. Not bad, but you know--it makes noise. It is also a very sleek and compact design, made especially for homes short on space. However, the actual spout is big and round so even though the juicer's footprint is smaller than other Jack LaLanne Juicers, you still don't have to chop fruits and veggies to make them fit down the chute.

You can't even begin to compare store bought juice {even organic} to juicing your own. You know exactly what goes in it. It's the epitome of fresh. The health benefits are wonderful. And...you can sneak veggies into your families juice and they won't even notice LOL. Heck, you can even make fruit and veggie popsicles and your kids will devour them! That's what I've been making for Lucas. I juice various fruits {apples are a favorite} and throw in either some celery or a carrot and then pour the juice into a popsicle mold. He eats one as a refreshing treat after playing outside in the Summer heat. He loves them. Another cool plus from juicing is the foods you can make from the leftover pulp. You can make cookies, muffins and breads and all sorts of baked goodies that have loads of nutrition! We even add some of the pulp into the popsicles and juices that we make because that is where all the fiber is located. Oh and if you're a gardener, you can also use the pulp as compost in your garden. There are so many other things you can make with this juicer. Juice is just the beginning! Smoothies, soups, sorbets...and more!

Express Features Include:
• Non-Drip Spout
• Sleek Compact Design
• Surgical-Quality Stainless Steel Blade
• Whisper-Quiet Operation
• Special Patented Extraction Technology delivers up to 30% more juice than
  other juicers*
• High Performance 3,600 RPM Induction Motor with a lifetime warranty
• Extra-Large Round Chute accommodates most fruits and vegetables
• Super-Sized Detachable Pulp Collector
• Dishwasher Safe
• Built-In Safety Features

Here's a tip though--clean the machine right after you make juice. I mean RIGHT AFTER. If you do that, then the machine is easy to clean. You can pretty much rinse it, but...if you wait...you will be sorry LOL.

Want It: Right now, you can actually buy the Power Juicer Express for $99.99 BUY ONE GET ONE FREE {plus shipping and handling}! That's about $50 a piece and super affordable! Get a friend or a relative to go in on the deal with you and you're all set! For more information or to order, visit PowerJuicer.com.
