Why you should juice ginger

My favorite go-to juice recipe is apple, carrot and ginger and I’ll usually throw in a few leafy greens or celery for good measure. But ginger really is the star in my book.

Besides being delicious ginger has several great health benefits including:

  • It could help prevent colon cancer
  • It’s a natural treatment for morning sickness
  • According to this article, it could be used to help treat ovarian cancer
  • It could help to reduce pain and inflamation
  • It may help to prevent colds and flus
