Can’t beat beets!

Here’s a tasty recipe for beet juice:
1 red beet
5 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 cucumber
1 bosc pear
1 lemon
Directions
- Wash and rinse all fruits and vegetables
- Cut off ends of carrots and celery and cut into halves
- Cut off ends of cucumber and cut into quarters
- Cut pear into quarters and remove core
- Cut off ends of beet, peel, and cut into quarters
- Juice in juicer
- squeeze lemon into juice
