NEW YORK (WABC) -- He's known as the "Godfather of Fitness." And even after turning 95, Jack LaLanne is still going strong.
He's known for flexing his muscles and doing push ups on the spot. But would you believe he says he hates to work out? He hates it, but he says he loves the results.
He talked to Eyewitness News reporter Lauren Glassberg about his new book and about what keeps him so fit.
